Guatemala

I traveled through Guatemala in 2008 while I was backpacking. On top of being one of the most culturally rich places I’ve ever been, it was also one of the best photographic opportunities I’ve had because of the people and the wildlife.

 

The depth of this woman’s eyes seemed to say everything about her.

This was the only girl competing with eight boys who were trying to get tourists to hire their walking sticks for seventy-cents an hour.
